I started the certification journey because I wanted to understand how AI tools are being developed inside systems I’ve worked deeply inside of throughout my career.

I’ve used Salesforce to execute my work as an account executive serving providers and health systems. I’ve trained field sales teams, supported implementations, and seen how system design can either make work easier or create more burden on the frontline.

That experience made me curious.

Could someone like me, who understands people, workflows, and real-world operations, find a place in this AI-driven evolution of system design?

I’m exploring that in real time.

I embarked on this journey to see if it could be a catalyst for navigating a career transition. I’ve now completed the first phase, and I’m continuing to build from there.

I’m doing this because I believe there is room for more of us to transition into architect spaces within the infrastructure.

This journey may appeal to you if you’ve worked in healthcare, operations, nonprofit, public sector, service delivery, or community-based programs and have been thinking about how your work is evolving.

I believe that you don’t need to start as a traditional developer to begin. Your lived operational knowledge already gives you a foundation.

The Agentblazer trail helped me start connecting what I already know about systems with what I’m learning about AI agents, prompt design, security, testing, and implementation.

It is a lot to take in, especially while working, caregiving, or navigating other life transitions. Staying organized helped me keep going.

That is why I built a Notion tracker for the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist journey. It is not an official Salesforce resource. It is a simple way to organize exam details, study materials, and progress in one place.

My hope is that it helps someone else see a pathway to make progress toward your goal, even if it needs to be an extended journey in your current season.

If you understand how digital systems affect people, your perspective belongs here too.

There is space for us to learn, grow, and become architects. Working in partnership with those who’ve paved the road, creating a trail for new thinkers to join the expedition.

We can all help design solutions that create better outcomes for our communities.
